Holders Diesel Stage 5 225cc Injector

These are our in house rebuilt 225cc injector with your choice of upgraded new nozzle. We recommend a 75-150% nozzle but it can be paired with any of the nozzles we offer. This is NOT a exchange program we rebuild injectors you send us and return the same injector to you. So you know exactly what you are getting back. The reason for this is at this time there are still non servicable parts in these injectors that if worn out we cannot repair. So you know the condition of injector you are getting back and mileage. These injectors are completly dissasembled cleaned and all measurments taken and checked for proper clearences. If they are beyond repair we will call you and proceed from there. These are reassembled with a brand new not reman nozzle, new nozzle lift spring, new piston return spring, all new seals and gaskets. These carry a 6 month warranty.

We always recommend when building performance injectors to have them built from new Ford remans. Ford remans are the only injector with new solenoids and spool valves also a new plunger and resurfaced fuel plates. When built from Ford remans (1800$) upgrade they carry a full 2 year unlimited mileage warranty.

These injectors are then tested on our in house Hartridge HA-230 flow bench and packaged up to be returned to you. Turn around times are typically 1-2 days and we can next day air ship if necessary.
