Jon personally (from my initial call to making sure I had tracking info before UPS even received the package) went above and beyond to help me get my setup running 110%. Not only did he help, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and enjoyable to talk with. Couldn’t be more dedicated to making sure you not only get correct parts the first time, but that they are above expectations! He’s a true pleasure in the industry. Had my stage1 for over 3 years now and she’s as good as the day I installed her. Thought I had a problem with it and Jon advised to check a sensor and sure enough that was the problem. Can’t beat their product or service.

Love my turbo I’ve had it for probably 3-4 months now no issues yet and when I bought it Jon was very helpful I could text back and forth with him and he would always answer me fast, then I had a question the other day about boost and he answered me within the hour.

Great customer service won a turbo though a giveaway and John was great to talk about future plans etc for the truck to make sure I got the best turbo for it. Best part is I won it on a Friday and Tuesday when I came home from work it had already arrived they definitely don’t mess around and make you wait like most companies. Thank you so much!!

Jon is a great guy to do business with I bought a drop in turbo for my 2012 6.7 and it sounds like a jet videos don’t do it justice definitely would recommend titan turbo.
